• HOW TO RECOGNIZE A BURNOUT:
One in four Canadians suffers from mental health problems related to stress or burnout and many don’t even know it. CANADA AM talks to the founder and Editor-In-Chief of WomenOnTheFence.com as she shares her own personal struggle, and tips on identifying and overcoming job burnout.
• CAROL SHABEN: Carol Shaben’s Into The Abyss recounts the icy October night in 1984 when a plane carrying nine passengers crashed in the remote wilderness of Northern Alberta. CANADA AM speaks to the author about the book and how the crash changed the lives of the survivors.
• MISSISSAUGA VIOLINIST: 10-year old Mercedes Cheung is a musical prodigy. She is the youngest violinist in the world to record the entire set of the Paganini 24 Caprices in one take. Next month the Mississauga native performs at New York’s historic Carnegie Hall. This morning Mercedes is live on the CANADA AM Soundstage.

Tuesday, Nov. 13
• TERRI CLARK: CANADA AM welcomes the multiple award-winning country crooner to perform songs from her new album Classic on the CANADA AM Soundstage.
• BRAIN ON FIRE: New York Post reporter Susannah Cahalan joins CANADA AM to talk about her gripping memoir, Brain On Fire: My Month of Madness, recounting her struggle with a rare and terrifying brain disease that caused her to lose a month of memories.
• JEKYLL & HYDE: Toronto born R&B star Deborah Cox and one-time AMERICAN IDOL contestant Constantine Maroulis sit down with CANADA AM this morning to talk about their upcoming theatre production of Jekyll & Hyde.

Wednesday, Nov. 14

’s resident gardening expert offers up tips on bulbs, the tough autumn and winter plants hardy enough to brave the colder climes and add some colour as the daylight hours begin to dwindle.

Friday, Nov. 16
• BREAKING DAWN:
The Twi-hards are already lining up for the grand finale of the mega-blockbuster Twilight series. This morning on CANADA AM Richard Crouse reviews Breaking Dawn Part 2.
• SPARKLING HILL: CANADA AM travel expert Loren Christie visits B.C.'s Sparkling Hill Resort in the Okanagan - the first place in North America to offer the treatment of chrysotherapy. Christie finds out what put the sparkle in Sparkling Hill.
